These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tech4ED-DTC Portal platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms: You agree to these Terms by accessing or using the Services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services: The Services provided by Tech4ED-DTC Portal include free access to various ICT Trainings, access to ICT Courses, and the like. These services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

(a) transmitting or facilitating the transmission of any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable;

(b) attempting to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the Services or any system, server, network, or account connected to or accessible through the Services;

(c) impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. *ntellectual Property: All content included in or made available through the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Tech4ED-DTC or Department of Information and Communications Technology and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Tech4ED-DTC Portal, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;

(b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech4ED-DTC Portal, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from

(a) your use of and access to the Services;

(b) your violation of any term of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms: Tech4ED-DTC Portal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Philippine laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
